Australia’s leading two-way radio communications firm, Mastercom, has appointed Dale Doyle as its first female General Manager.

Mrs Doyle has decades of experience in a finance career that includes working for major stockbroking firms and international banking, training staff and implementing advanced computer-based accounting systems.

She began employment with Mastercom more than 13 years ago as the Financial Controller for the firm which has recently undergone a massive expansion in operations and more than doubled staff numbers from 10 to 26.

“I am absolutely thrilled to take on the role of General Manager and look forward to making a positive impact on this ever-growing, well-established business,” Mrs Doyle said.

“When starting out with Mastercom, I pretty much looked after accounts, payroll, HR and hiring, BAS reporting, ordering and even building maintenance. I later ran the Implementation and training of the accounting system from Attache to AX Dynamics.”

Dale has also played a critical role in assisting Mastercom’s Managing Director Hamish Duff in founding the advanced ORION national network that links two-way radio communications across Australia, and in establishing a Queensland company – Queensland Radio Services.

Outside of work, Dale is currently the Treasurer of Model Farm High School Parent & Citizen Assoc (attended by her son Rudy) for the last four years, and had been the Social Secretary of the largest social car club of Australia (AROCA – Alfa Romeo Owners Car Club of NSW).

Her interests include cycling to work at least once a week, and archery where she competes in (Target, Clout and Field) competitions. Sewing, water and acrylic painting, drawing and reading are her favourite hobbies, and she enjoys experimenting with making cocktails at home for friends, neighbours and family especially on a Friday afternoon.

Dale Doyle is married to Jason Doyle who runs a commercial photography studio in Sydney. They have a son, Rudy, aged 16.
