Our mission is to achieve total quality in the provision of leading edge communications solutions, through independence, integrity and superior customer service. Mastercom believes that its strength is its people. We are committed to on going training and continuous updating of the support infrastructure required to provide customer service.

MASTERCOM is a totally independent organisation, not aligned with any one manufacturer. This means that we are free to select the equipment that is most suitable for our customers needs. Mastercom is a leading supplier of ICOM, TAIT, GME, RF Industries, RF TECHNOLOGY and  OMNITRONICS equipment. We have selected specific products from the total range of each of these manufacturers that we consider to be the best for particular applications.

MASTERCOM staff are backed by a management team who are technically qualified and directly involved in the support of our customers communication systems. We are a dynamic company and take great pride in working together as a team and providing personalised service for our customers. We are able to provide the full range of technical and engineering services required to ensure that you get the communications system you need. We have extensive experience with the commissioning of wide area PMR and paging networks. We have also designed and installed many control rooms incorporating radio management and logging systems. Our modern service and installation facility is conveniently located at Granville, NSW. We also have fully equipped service vans and 4WD vehicles to provide on-site support.

MASTERCOM also enjoys a very close working relationship with its business partners. We are able to call upon the engineering expertise of these manufacturers to provide our customers with a specialised system tailored to their requirements. We are also able to provide additional services such as RF site coverage surveys and consultancy.

MASTERCOM is a major supplier to Federal, State and Local Government departments and various commercial organisations in the transport, logistics, security and building construction sectors. Mastercom is an authorised supplier under NSW Government Period Supply Contract ITS 2573 for the supply of Radios (Mobile and Fixed) and Associated Equipment and Services.

MASTERCOM operate and maintain a prime communications site and 45m radio tower at Pennant Hills in Sydney’s North West providing communications services for many of our customers and telecommunications carriers. Download Company Profile
